• Proposal process optimization of project management
• Addition of internal methodologies - manual for project management
• Proposal of solutions for ensuring greater efficiency of the projects
• Setting up an action plan for the development of various project managers and project office staff (optional) 

Hours: 6-8 consulting days (of which three to four days at the customer) by the size of organization.
